Cancellation & Date Change Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fair booking management.

✔ Full Refund:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.

✔ Date Change / Transfer (14+ Days Before Arrival):
Cancellations or changes made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date can be:

• Rescheduled for any date within the next 6 months, or

• Transferred to another guest.
  (No refund will be issued.)

✘ No Refund (Less Than 14 Days):
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

• Date changes are subject to availability.

• All requests must be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
